Can you remove the ads displayed on my market’s page?

Not at this time. The advertisements help fund our efforts, but, if there is a specific website that you feel is inappropriate for us to promote, you can contact us with your request that we remove a particular ad.  Please be sure to include a link to the site that you’d like us to block ads from when requesting ad removal.

What can I expect when a KCFM Friend of the Market comes to my market?

We may work with your market manager to incentivize visits through market tokens, market gift certificates, or market vendor products purchased in advance by KCFM, and we like to arrange for the KCFM volunteer to pick any incentives up directly from the market manager’s booth. The volunteers generally visit several vendors, take photos and/or videos, and use their favorite social media platform(s) to check into the market and/or tag the market in media/posts. We encourage volunteers to visit the market early and complete their social media posts before leaving.
